Collaborating with his father, Late Shri K.R. Sachdeva, Mr. Gautam transformed Meera Rubber International into a comprehensive source for rubber gloves and related products. His personal and marketing skills fostered trust and enduring relationships not only with customers across India but also with his team members.

In 2005, the company under his guidance diversified their portfolio by entering the broader field of Personal Protective Equipment under the name EMTEX SAFETY DEVICES. Since then, the company has become a leading name in PPE, offering a wide range of products including Hand Protection, Head Protection, Fall Protection, Ear Protection, Respiratory Protection, Eye Protection, Emergency Showers, and Road Safety Items.

Third generation leader Mr Bhavik Sachdeva an undergraduate student of IILM Lodhi Road join his family business, blending tradition with innovation. Passionate about sustaining the legacy while driving modern growth and to embrace new technologies, and maintaining strong family values.
